Booking & Charges

The morning service operates a termly booking system, on a first come, first served basis. Parents can book as many days as required; each seat is then secured and paid for in advance for the term. Where a booked seat is unused, charges are non-refundable. Morning services do not offer an ’ad-hoc’ booking option. Our evening services are run on an ad-hoc basis and are payable in arrears.

From Summer Term 2024 the cost per journey is fixed at £6 per pupil, (with the exception of London, which is £25 per journey) regardless of the route or pick-up point. Please be aware that there are no sibling discounts.

Our new and existing routes are outlined, however, there is flexibility to increase stops based on demand. Please contact the School Office to discuss adding your location and where possible we will accommodate.

Sustainability Focus

Cheam is literally leading the charge with our first electric minibus, we are all ready to go green! Coupled with the pilot of a recently installed onsite fast charger, this will enable us to trial a green fleet offer.

Cheam already purchases 100% REGO-backed renewable electricity. Together, these developments support our commitment to improving sustainability, helping busy families, improving site safety and reducing local traffic.
