We have excellent resources and facilities to support children in reading, writing, phonics, maths and the development of fine and gross motor skills, as well as outside support from a Speech and Language Therapist.
Pre-Prep children have regular yoga and mindfulness sessions with a focus on breathing and taking time to relax. The Nest facility is a wonderful provision that the Pre-Prep enjoy.
With a qualified ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) practitioner amongst the staff, children have access to emotional support in areas including social skills, emotions, bereavement, social and therapeutic stories, anger management, self-esteem and counselling skills.
Support in class and on a 1:1 basis is provided for those who need it from our specialist Pre-Prep Learning Support teacher. We also ensure that children who excel at school are continually challenged through extension activities across all subjects.
