The Cheam Riding team is a happy and inclusive squad of pupils, both boys and girls, ranging across all year groups, competing at both grass roots levels right up to the most prestigious national competitions, with one of our pupils recently part of the winning Dressage team for England. Our pupils take part in Show Jumping, Dressage, Cross Country and Eventing in competitions such as the NSEA National Show jumping Championships, Arena Eventing Championship, County Show Championships, Hickstead and the Royal Windsor Horse Show.

The Cheam team performs well at competitions and are known by organisers for their good manners and team spirit. All the children, not matter which age group, support each other and new faces are always welcome. The team is supported by a dedicated group of parents, devoted to making sure the children all have fun and are involved, have aims and targets and get out competing no matter how small the show. We now have around thirty children from years one to eight riding for Cheam, with teams of all levels. All have become friends and the passion and camaraderie continues both in and beyond the school gates.

Training is on Thursdays after school at a local arena close to Cheam and all are welcome.
