Pre-Prep French Assembly | Cheam School

The main event in our French curriculum is the French assembly, which was held last week in the Pre-Prep.We were really lucky to include the children from Year 8 as well – a true sign that we are getting back to normal! In our assembly, which was run by Madame Crosswell, the Nursery, Reception and Year 1 children sang French songs in front of an audience and the Year 2 children performed a French play! This year they performed Les Trois Petits Cochons! Each child had a part either singing or speaking and from the Mummy Pig saying goodbye to her three pigs (“je pleure, je pleure!”) to the wolf blowing down the houses (“Souffle! Souffle!”) and the Three Little Pigs racing from one house to another (“Au secours! Au secours!”), the children gave a polished performance in perfect French accents! Magnifique tout le monde!Flickr album: French Assembly 2021 | Height: auto | Theme: Default | Skin: Default Skin
